Olive Oil
Olive oil contains omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, which keeps your skin soft and smooth to the touch. It is filled with vitamin E that is a famous antioxidant. It prevents oxidation in skin cells so, as a result, skin looks much younger and less wrinkles appear in the skin surface.
Method 1: Massage your hands with some warm olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes twice daily to enjoy soft and smooth hands.
Method 2: Mix equal amounts of olive oil and fine sugar. Rub this scrub on your hands using light, circular motions for a few minutes. Wait 5 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water, pat dry and apply a light moisturizer. Do this twice a week.
Method 3: Mix together some oatmeal and few drops of olive oil. Rub the mixture on your palms to blend it perfectly. Wash off after 15 minutes.
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It is an excellent moisturizer.
Massage your hands with warm extra-virgin coconut oil. Massage for about 5 minutes using circular motions. Do this every night before going to bed. Wear gloves overnight for best results.
Almond Oil and Butter
The butter lubricates the skin whereas the almond oil which is rich in Vitamin E, hides visible signs of ageing such as wrinkles and fine lines.
Mix two teaspoons of butter and one teaspoon of almond oil and apply on your hands. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Wash off with water. Do this daily.
